These liberals are so smart, not sure how they do it.
They know it takes exactly 10 days to cool off. They know it takes exactly 8 rounds in your magazine to protect yourself. They know that someone who already owns guns will only need to wait 10 days before cooling off. They probably even know your favorite pizza topping and daily horoscope.
Judging by recent events, people in Kalifornica shouldn’t be allows to possess arms.
So they’re going to have to give us a 10-day warning before they secede?
Even if you allow that there might be reasonable restrictions to gun ownership, how can anyone look at all the prohibitive laws in California, how difficult it is to buy and legally possess a gun, and not admit the second amendment is being infringed? Gun laws in this state are out of control.
Because we all know, if you are a legal gun owner, at the gun store, purchasing a gun legally, your only possible motive would be to fire it into a crowd.
And given 10 days to think it over, you’ll decide to use your car instead. Way better.
Because anyone who goes into a gun store MUST be a homicidal maniac.
Disband the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Does that include the 3.9 million Californians who
voted for Trump?
The core second amendment right is defend your nation from tyranny in the form of a bad government or an invasion by a tyrant seeking to subjugate you.
"The security of a free state...".
You can call that a home defense right in the ultimate sense, but it wasn't initially about burglars. It was about some jerk calling himself a "King" and trying to turn you into his slave.
Makes as much sense as requiring criminals to wait 10 days before committing a crime....
OK, let’s play liberal logic for just a moment:
So, judge, what if I already HAVE a high-capacity semi-auto. Why do I have to wait for another, HMMMMMMM?
The simple fact is that these bozos WANT to ban guns, but can’t. So they nibble at the edges. Well, I’ve had enough of that crap, it is time for us to restore our rights instead of having them infringed upon (as they have been, more and more, over at least the last 83 years.
Oh, btw, what about that old saw that “rights delayed are rights denied?” What about THAT, you old crone?
Make judges out of them.
Definitely break up 9th Circuit, probably into 3 regions since it encompasses a rather vast population & geographic area. Yes, definitely HQ the new circuits in smaller cities in more “red” areas - will make those courts less attractive for service by libtards who want to be in places like SF or LA.
Also, the new seats to be filled by sound constitutionalist judges will totally change the balance of appeals courts in the western 1/3 of the USA. Liberals will freak and try to fight it tooth & nail, but they can’t stop it if Trump and Rs pursue it correctly.
Mary Schroeder Mary Schroeder!!!

I cool off and stop wanting to kill someone at 9 days and 7 hours, so this law will stop me from murdering people.
