There is a two step solution solution to this idiocy.
1.) Break up the Ninth Circuit into two or more smaller circuits.
2.) Ensure that the court of whatever circuit California winds up in is not in San Francisco. Nor Sacramento or LA either, try Fresno.
Definitely break up 9th Circuit, probably into 3 regions since it encompasses a rather vast population & geographic area. Yes, definitely HQ the new circuits in smaller cities in more “red” areas - will make those courts less attractive for service by libtards who want to be in places like SF or LA.
Also, the new seats to be filled by sound constitutionalist judges will totally change the balance of appeals courts in the western 1/3 of the USA. Liberals will freak and try to fight it tooth & nail, but they can’t stop it if Trump and Rs pursue it correctly.
