McCain thinks that because Mulvaney is a spending hawk, he will also be recommending cuts to the military. THAT is is his openly stated reason for voting no.
I guess McCain needs to sit up and lift up one of those chins and pay attention. The President’s public stance is that the military will be rebuilt bigger and better than ever. Hopefully that also mean less ‘fabulous’ though.

McCain is as big a liar as anyone in the media. Anything he says is presumptively a lie, until and unless proven true.
