The Red Army Chorus is deservedly world-famous. Recovered from a catastrophic disaster last in a plane crash near Sochi. Its musicians are outstanding.

Michael Palin (of Month Python fame) had a travel show. In one episode he went Vladivostok and visited the Russian Navy’s choir. They were also a stellar choir.
