The “Obama Deep State” didn’t force Trump to go on and on with his Putin bromance during the campaign. He has only himself to blame for that nonsense.
Since we have had a lot of pleasant surprises of late, how about we have another:
Trump outsmarted the Deep State.
He said his White House was running well. He said he had no Russian contacts. He said the news was fake but the leaks were real. He warned the leakers. He made a very strong statement in which he identified specific media outlets.
Meanwhile Comey scares himself some Senators.
