It was a cynical change on the part of the old admin. It shoved in the faces of our people that the admin knew all along how to move this war forward. At the same time they can take credit for an obvious improvement they weren’t willing to implement in the past. They are sinister people. They intentionally ruled over death.

This is good news, although we are hearing about it late (issued on 26 Dec 2016) and I wholly agree with your comment:
