We need to do our best to ensure that these criminals are brought to justice so that they cannot continue their evil deeds and protect the innocent.

YES, He does. He also gives us ALL THE GRACE we need to be with Him in Heaven. Those people chose Satan over Jesus and must spend eternity with the Evil One. Well worth weeping over.
