How likely is it that govts would be motivated to investigate since many of the leaders are part of the corruption?

There are those cases, no question.

But I don't think it will be as cut and dry as ...."Oh, he's one of us, let it pass."

Each case has its own twist.....and lucky us.....we can tell them what to look for.
