I believe this was a setup by Kellyanne and Trump to force media to show Trump with the black leaders. You wouldn’t know about the meeting otherwise; Trump-hating media wouldn’t have reported on it.
As a rule I prefer Reagan like decorum in Oval Office; he never even removed his coat. But Trump and Kellyanne have to be creative to get around the haters in the media, so good on them
