Democratic lawmakers let their opposition be known Tuesday to President Trump’s plan to open an office aimed at helping the victims of crimes committed by immigrants.
Democrats groaned loudly when Trump announced the creation of Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE), an office which will fall under the purview of the Department of Homeland Security.

That was an AMAZING moment of his speech, IMHO. He first said something about helping crime victims, everyone was HAPPY. Then he said it would be for victims of ILLEGAL immigrant crimes, and a YUGE GASP went over on the dem side of the room.
(Sort of felt like more WINNING!!)
He urged us to pursue our own dreams and he urged congress to pass meaningful legislation that gives every child a chance to learn at the best school possible, gives people better health care options at lower costs, protects us from terror and drug addiction and reduces the drain on liberty by an ever growing government.
Democrats oppose these ideals and they showed it last night with their negative thumbs down gestures and immature groaning. Now, they need to tell the nation why they prefer division to unity.
I felt kind of sorry for that poor old guy the democrats drug up to give their response.
That was easily the most incoherent argument I can remember. He began by supporting the ideas the President laid out, then he tried to refute them by supporting him once again.
I expected him to start selling reverse mortgages. Even the people they gathered to sit around him sat silent and bewildered at the end.
With Jamiel Shaw Sr. sitting right there...a man whose son died in his arms after having been shot by a piece of illegal alien trash who’d been released from jail just the day before...Yes, Mr. Shaw sitting right there...and they groan at the very idea of helping people like him.

What do you mean “illegal immigrant” crime? The title says “immigrant crime.”
Mr. Shaw Sr. was on Fox Business this AM and said it will be nine years tomorrow that his only son was murdered and how it still hurts. When it happened, Mrs. Shaw was serving in the military in Afghanistan, and she received word that her son had been killed on American soil so senselessly. Please pray for this good man and his family.

I was on my FB page and the white suits were discussed. I said, “yeah, they were honoring the KKK. Bless their hearts.” When I first saw this, the KKK was my first thought. I had no idea about their point.
