Mark said he heard they were revising the Speech as they drove from the White House to the Capitol Building.
The must have a Printing Press inside the Beast since the President hands copy of the Speech to the Speaker of the House before he begins.
They obviously were able to update the Teleprompter while everyone was distracted checking out Melania’s entrance. LOL
