What about inclusiveness in dating? Would academics criticize people who expressed a desire to date only people of their own race? Would they criticize people who openly refused to date someone of the same sex? Would the "inclusiveness and diversity" people condemn or sanction same-race marriages? In other words, what limits would they impose to bring about inclusiveness and diversity?

About five years ago, my job required us to attend a, “Diversity and Inclusion,” class.
I promptly asked the enlightened instructors:
“How come the terms, “Diversity,” and, “Inclusion,” don’t seem to apply to gun owning conservatives?”
Yeah.
They don’t require it anymore.
We lost freedom of association when anti-discrimination laws went into effect. Government must not discriminate, but individuals and private entities must be allowed to discriminate for any reason, even race. If one business refuses to serve someone, it loses out and another business will surely be happy to serve that customer. Government uses anti-discrimination laws to intimidate and control people.

I plead guilty. I am white and married a white woman. I did not date women of other races before marriage. I would not have considered marrying a woman of another race. I would not have ever dated someone of the same sex.
I would never have dated or considered marriage to a female who was “trans”. My wife was born female and had always been female. She never had any body altering operatins or hormone therapy in order to be female.
All of this clearly makes me a bigot. Send me to reeducation camp right now.

Absolutely right. Let folks sort it out for themselves.
Those classes aren’t hosted by companies because management believes in them; they are held so that if there is a racial or gender incident the firm isn’t sued for creating an “atmosphere”. Just theater to keep lawyers at bay...
They are already programming our children to believe that they are bigots if they don’t race mix, at least TRY homosexuality or bisexuality, or kiss a tranny at homecoming.
