An Orlando judge has overruled the arranged release of Noor Salman, the wife of the Islamic gunman who killed 49 and injured 69 at the Pulse nightclub last year.
On Wednesday, a district judge in California ordered that Salman be released pending trial. Judge Donna Ryu argued that Salman wasn't a flight risk or a danger to public safety and had no connections to ISIS.
Prosecutors in Orlando argued the contrary. In the court filing, they said Salman has shown little remorse for her husband's actions, calling her a cold person who wasn't worried about the victims in the immediate aftermath of the attack, but was mainly concerned with how she would gain access to her husbands bank accounts.
She also owns a vacant apartment in Palestine.
Salman admittedly knew about the planned attack and failed to report the information to authorities according to NBC News:
Noor told the FBI she was with him when he bought ammunition and a holster, several officials familiar with the case said. She told the FBI that she once drove him to the gay nightclub, Pulse, because he wanted to scope it out.
And prior to carrying out the attack, the husband bought nearly $9,000 worth of jewelry at a nearby store in Orlando, according to ABC News.
Whether the atrocity occurred in your own back yard or 3000 miles away appears to make all the difference.
Time to BURN DOWN the Federal Judiciary.
Good....wise judge....not taking any chances
There is no such thing as Palestine. Once the world realizes that, "peace" will be readily achieved.
Who did the judge make the argument to? Herself?
Excellent. She is a traitor and needs much jail time and remanding back to country of origin.
I just can’t stand this type of jerrymanding around laws.
Judges are nothing but law students grading their own examinations
.
Not a flight risk?
She had already fled Florida for the west coast.
There is a Palestine, but it goes by the name of Jordan now.

Orlando Gunman Omar Mateen Purchased Plane Tickets for After Shooting: Official
by Pete Williams and Ayman Mohyeldin
Gunman Omar Mateen made his final stand at an Orlando nightclub, but why did he buy plane tickets to the West Coast on a flight two days after the shooting?
A federal official confirmed to NBC News Tuesday that Mateen made the purchase for his family to travel to Northern California to visit his ailing mother-in-law. Wife Noor Zahi Salman's mother recently had an operation and was not getting better, and the family was planning on spending an extended period of time with her.
The tickets were purchased two days before the June 12 attack to travel to San Francisco on July 14 for two weeks. It's unclear, however, why Mateen would have bought the tickets if he was planning the shooting, only to die in it.
Mateen, who lived two hours south of the club in Port St. Lucie, was armed with a semiautomatic rifle and 9mm semiautomatic pistol when he slaughtered 49 people and injured 53 others in the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history, police said.
She did not flee out of the country
And btw I am glad the Florida court ordered her to stay behind bars because she showed no remorse of what her husband did.
She would have been released to Rodeo, which is about 2 miles from my house. Keep her in jail.
Are you so ignorant not to know CA is 3000 miles from the scene of the crime?
That’s fleeing.
Seems a whole passel of folks within the judiciary are grossly unfit and ought be placed in stocks in the village square for all to throw stuff at.
