I am leary of him for some reason. I want him grilled on queers. I want to know where he stands on this issue. I want to know if he will subject out little girls to males watching them pee! There is no room for this on the court.

If it was being selective about to whom they were willing to provide a service those complaining would have had a case. But they insisted the supplier had to provide a product that was not in their normal range of offerings, and which their religious belief gave them deep moral reservations about providing. Somehow it all got stood on its head as a civil rights issue and case of discrimination. When in fact it was a simple case of a vendor's perception of obscenity ("I know it when I see it") giving them a limit on what they would be willing to supply.
