Ryan Zinke is awesome. I wondered why he was nominated as Secretary of the Interior. Read his book, American Commander, and you’ll know why. I can see why he was confirmed by so many Senators. There is no need to go through a BS “vetting” process with him. Everything you need to know about him is in his book. Warts and all. He’s a longtime SEAL. He just don’t shive a git. Here’s who I am. Like me or hate me, I don’t care. I hope he runs for President some day.
It’s going to take 8 more years to erase Obama’s attempt to screw this country beyond recognition.

If no express delegation of power is found to justify a given “edict” then patriots need to support Pres. Trump in removing such edicts from the books imo.

Regarding the Obama era lead ammunition ban, please consider the following.
Hypothetically speaking, since Congress has the Commerce Clause power (1.8.3) to regulate interstate commerce, a lead ammuntion ban reasonably based on 1.8.3 should have been a bill signed into law by Obama — but only if the states had expressly constitutionally delegated to Congress the specific power to regulate such things in the first place.
The problem is that while the states have expressly constitutionally delegated to Congress the specific power regulate military-related arms, such power evidenced by clauses 12, 13 and 16 of the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I, there are no constitutional clauses which give Congress the specific power regulate non-military arms.
So corrupt, RINO-controlled Congress, lawmakers seemingly scared of the votes that they might lose from low-information citizens by coming down on Obama, arguably let Obama get away with stealing 10th Amendment-protected state powers to make his unconstitutional lead ammo ban edict.

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.
Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist justices off of the bench.
Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.
Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.
Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed below.

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke arrived on horseback for his first day of work.
"Secretary Zinke was proud to accept an invitation by the U.S. Park Police to stand shoulder to shoulder with their Officers on his first ay at the Dept. of Interior" said a spokeswoman. .
I just wish he wasn’t so adamant about not returning land to the states it was taken from. Often that land is empty and barren, with little or no running water or animal life, so protestations about hunting or fishing are foolish.
The sole real purpose of the land takings in the first place was to prevent states from enjoying their own prosperity, instead of having to appeal to the federal government for the temporary and expensive use of their state lands.
At least *prioritize* these lands. Certainly there are some “crown jewels”, as well as pristine land for hunting a fishing. But that is just a small part of the takings.
Preserve them, if you must, but give the states back their land with little or no value on their surface.
One rule/regulation does not make me jump for joy and declare victory.
SERIOUS tear-downs of the status-quo? Mass reductions in the ‘work-force’? I’ll raise a hoot and glass...
Zero out the budget? Let me shake your hand for a step in restoring our Republic.
But, Fedzilla is still WAY outside its boundaries and size; one rule rescinded (reversed by the next) does not maketh squat.
