Oh that was a mess.We were all on dial up and refresh took forever.
Dialup is long gone and fiber is in.
I have no doubt that the local boys (and maybe girls) can see EVERYTHING that goes back and forth between my computer and the local phone company.
It don’t get on the net ‘til THEY handle it.
What are the LEGAL safeguards that makes this conspiracy theory impossible?
