The question is whether they really will—or will they per usual just take it to keep the real cops (DoJ) off the case and dissipate (e.g., via granting immunity) any case for prosecution.
Even if the Repubs really were interested in getting to the truth (which I question), they would be stymied by the Dem members on the committee, like the Benghazi committee where they put the Black liar and ethics starved Cummings on the committee to disrupt and block.
