MILWAUKEE —A fifth grade teacher who lives in Milwaukee is accused of having sexual contact with an 11-year-old boy.
Katherine Gonzalez is charged with First Degree Child Sexual Assault.
Prosecutors said Gonzalez and one of her fifth grade students at Atlas Preparatory Academy had been messaging on Snapchat. They eventually had contact in Gonzalez's car and at her home, according to a criminal complaint.

Tbank you. I say tge same thing and it is disgusting so many guys here will say female sex predators are completely different than male sex predators. Its still an abuse of power thing, its still an adult putting looking at students as things that can satisfy their personal sexual appetite, it still can mess kids up, it still can result in pregnancies involving a kid that is relatively less experienced than the teacher adult in the equation.
Gender of the sex predator shouldnt have any bearing on the punishment or that,only,one gender is bad to have sex with kids, and if the other gender does it, its great and we can make jokes about it.

Women see it for what it is and find it reprehensible that a woman should view a child as a sex object. It just so goes against the maternal, nurturing instinct women have towards children. I see it as a violation of everything a woman should be and is meant to be in regards to children.

Same with us (except I doubt the guy was a pilot!) - broke our hearts. She was young, cute, skinny, blond hair. A few years ago my older brother told the story of how my dad mentioned a cute teacher at one of my school open houses after getting back from it - suggesting that brother somehow date her. “Oh - I bet it was Miss. Sullivan from 4th grade!”
When she told everyone she was getting married, all of us boys were heart broken. I remember Neil Bremer laying on the ground and pounding his fists and crying! (Okay - even in the 4th grade I thought that was a little weird!)
She invited us all to the wedding, but I didn’t go. It was probably over the summer and I was gone most summers.
What major MALE Hollywood star could have gotten away with THIS if instead it had been a 15 y.o. GIRL...?

It was over five decades ago so I don’t know if my memory of him was from a pic or in person. I think she did bring him to class one day. I think us guys assumed he was a pilot because of his snappy blue uniform ... and because we wanted to. He may have been but I can’t trust that 5th grade memory.
We were envious as heck, he took our sweetheart of a teacher and he was a handsome USAF officer. At the same time we thought it was pretty cool, they were a couple to be envied, at least to our young minds. I hope they had a good life!

Highly inappropriate and immoral. She has issues. I was so naive that had some teacher did that to me in 5th grade I would not have had any idea what was going on.
