ANGELES (AP) - President Donald Trump's 50th anniversary of the White House's visit to California has become one of the main foci of resistance to the president's actions, demonstrating his opposition both to political and protest protests. streets.

In the most populous state in the United States (nearly 40 million people), the vast majority voted for Democrats in the last presidential election (8.8 million voted for Hillary Clinton in front of 4.5 million trusted Republican Trump), one First sign that, in general, the Californians do not communicate with the ideas of the magnate in subjects like the migration or the climatic change.

“We take the waterways and the key ports. We charge them for defense. See ya.”

Unlikely to work out that way. The La Raza types will demand everything. Then it’s Civil War 2, unless Washington completely capitulates. Then we might as well watch the rest of the nation fall apart. New Mexico, Nevada and Arizona won’t be far behind. Then, Oregn, Washinton, Colorado etc.

We allowed a hostile demographic invasion to occupy our most important State. The world will see this as incredible weakness.

Look to Mexico to absorb California and immediately make military alliances with China.

Calexit will be a disaster.

How did it become possible for illegals to access welfare, food stamps and free medical through their children?
If THEY can’t afford their own kids, why are we paying for them?

Why not a simple law that all entitlements to children must flow through either a citizen or long term legal resident?

Then many collect thousands through the $1000 child tax credit even if as typical they paid no taxes.

I’m sorry but we need to stop. Under immigration law a family headed by parents unable to manage an income of 125% above poverty by law is not allowed to stay here so send the kids out or with USA legal relatives until 18 years of age.

Calexit will be the beginning of the collapse of the United States. No, ifs, ands or buts.

Well I am past wanting the freaks in California and the north east determining our nation’s future. They can start their own. They would collapse in no time. Oh ... and make sure they carry their portion of the $20+ trillion debt.

By the way, it sounds like what they want is STATE’S RIGHTS. Isn’t that what conservatives have wanted for years?

Screw secession. It didn’t fly in the 1860’s and it isn’t going to fly now.

California is too important to this country to let them go and become an enemy country on our border. California going it’s own way would be a major threat to American national security.

Send in 100 modern day General Sherman’s and conquer the place. Force their reconstructed asses back into the union as the normal, conservative state it once was.

And by the way, who wrote this screed? “...demonstrating his opposition both to political and protest protests. streets.” Whoever wrote this must be on crack or crystal meth, or both.

The Mexican peasant allied with the American left will have succeeded where the British Empire, Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan and the Soviet Union failed - the defeat of the United States.

“In that case, you should exist this forum immediately and not return. Free Republic is based in California.”

Just move operations on over to Arizona or Nevada.

I would certainly agree. But, the wildcard here is the large (and growing) percetage of Hispanics in the military.
Would they remain loyal to the U.S. or throw their alliance to the new Cal-Mexico? In 2011, 16.9 percent of all new recruits were Hispanic. Likley higher today.

“That issue was decided in 1865.”

Virginians and other Southerners wanted to preserve the Republic created by Washington and Jefferson.

Liberals in California and elsewhere want what they want - mostly for men trapped in women’s bodies dressed in men’s clothes . . . so forth and so on.

Two very different things.

And how long will they remain once California sets the precedent?

Too late.

https://mobile.nytimes.com/1997/03/13/us/senators-ask-for-inquiry-on-leasing-of-california-base-to-chinese.html

Particularly disturbing is the targeting of America’s infrastructure. In addition to already owning vital ports in Long Beach, California and Boston, Massachusetts, the China Ocean Shipping Company is eyeing major ports on the East Coast and Gulf of Mexico. China also owns access to ports at the entry and exit points of the Panama Canal.

Yeah, there are a lot of FReepers who haven't a clue about the state of California. Most of them have never been there and don't know that the owner of this blog is a CA resident.

Furthermore, They assume everyone here is either a lib or an illegal when in reality, 2/3 of the state is red.

I say we kick’em out and let them Cloward-Piven themselves to death on their OWN dime. Set up border patrol along their eastern border and patrol the waters offshore from SanFran to Oregon. Grind them until they agree to move illegals to Baha peninsula and beg to re-join, then militarize the border at San Diego.

Explain to China any arms they try to ship there will be confiscated. Tell Hawaii we’ll be un-assin their islands to defend our Western shore. That’ll shut CA up about leaving.

The Chinese have had their eyes on the West Coast for quite a long time. Colonizing California and British Columbia. They tend to think a little further into the future than next quarter’s profit.

California’s vote in the electoral college is a major threat to American national security. Right now.
