So, the CIA mimics the Russians which allows Obama to get his FISA warrant and the US spies on Trump from both foreign and domestic sides

I don’t believe the CIA has the exclusive on being able to mimic Russian hackers.

I believe there are plenty of hackers that could do that. I believe that they could mimic hackers from other places around the world too if they wanted.

" I believe that they could mimic hackers from other places around the world too if they wanted."

You are correct and those little tinker toys have been available to those who care and know where to find them (without themselves getting trapped or hacked) for several years if not longer. I say if not longer because the early ones were crude and left fingerprints of their own so someone could tell the data had been manipulated.

I knew someone that could do that almost 10 years ago. He was 15 years old at the time.

Hacking is illegal in the USA. The ones that do it here make it appear to be coming from another country. This certainly isn’t new.

If the individuals hacking the DNC wanted to make it appear to be Russians, it would have been easy for a good hacker.

Back in they day, they would just assassinate their enemies. That’s too messy nowadays. so you orchestrate character assassinations instead.
