AG SUGGESTS OPENNESS TO REVIEW OF PREDECESSORS' ACTIONS

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Attorney General Jeff Sessions suggested Thursday that he would be open to the appointment of an outside counsel to review actions taken by the Justice Department during the Obama administration.

Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt asked Sessions in an interview if the new attorney general would consider designating an outside counsel "not connected to politics" to take a second look at Justice Department actions that provoked Republican ire in the last eight years. Those include the Fast and Furious gun scandal and the decisions against bringing criminal charges over Hillary Clinton's email practices or the Internal Revenue Service's treatment of conservative groups.

Hewitt contended during his radio interview that the department had become "highly politicized" in the Obama administration and floated the idea of a special review by an attorney with the authority to bring criminal charges and "just generally to look at how the Department of Justice operated."

The Democrats kept pushing a false 'Russian' narrative.

They caused their own demise, which is soon to come.

Now THAT (don’t mean to shout. I haven’t been able to master bold or italic type) would be a superb use for an independent counsel.

To make bold or italic type, you need to use HTML TAGS.

TAGS are HTML commands. Commands are ‘started’ with a LEFT CARET and end with a RIGHT CARET.

The command for BOLD is B. The command to turn off BOLD is /B.
The command for ITALIC is I. The command to turn off ITALIC is /I.

SO... LEFT CARET, then B, then RIGHT CARET. Then your text you want in bold. At the end, LEFT CARET, then /B, then RIGHT CARET.

Remember, if you use HTML, you must use it for all formatting. SO, if you want a paragraph break, you must use the paragraph command, which is LEFT CARET, then P, then RIGHT CARET between each PARAGRAPH.

LEFT and RIGHT CARETS are on your keyboard where the COMMA and PERIOD are.

He should start with the Criminal Prosecution of Eric Holder for his Contempt of Congress charge, then go down the list and Prosecute Everyone that LIED TO CONGRESS!

The Democrats kept pushing a false 'Russian' narrative

As are some of these worthless RINOs, who can't wait to start WWIII. Now the stupid party is gearing up to hold pointless "RUSSIA HACKED THE ELECTION!" hearings, even as the GOP base is rightly demanding action on Trump's agenda (which we voted him in for). Does anyone in his sane mind think the GOP -- had crooked Hillary won -- would be wasting precious time on Russia hearings, rather than rushing to "reach across the aisle", on behalf of the "First Woman President", passing TPP and the rest of the Globaloney crap sandwich, minus the bread?

Are we a nation of laws or not?
Is there truly equality under the law or not?

Respectfully, I disagree that the GOP is ‘reaching across the aisle’.

The GOP establishment are Globalists, so are the entire set of Democrats.

It’s one party, and you (and I) are not invited.

I honestly do not understand why the evidence on The Beast, Holder, Lynch, and the Bamster hisself were not tossed into the lap of the Washington DC grand jury.

I ask freepers in the legal industry why the grand jury, which goes back to Roman times, isn’t used to investigate possible felonies by high politicians?
