My American citizen Great Grandmother was murdered at Jasenovac along with 700,000 other innocents.

That enough jurisdiction for you ? No. . . crimes have to be tried in the jurisdiction in which they occurred. You are not allowed to go venue shopping just because another venue might be more sympathetic to your argument. Sorry.

That enough jurisdiction for you ? According to the US Court Systems own website, the types of cases the US Courts are allowed to hear, i.e. their jurisdiction are these:
- Cases that deal with the constitutionality of a law;
- Cases involving the laws and treaties of the U.S.;
- Cases involving ambassadors and public ministers;
- Disputes between two or more states;
- Admiralty law;
- Bankruptcy;
- Habeas corpus issues.
I see nothing there that brings the Creation internal issues under the Jurisdiction of the United States' Courts.
