I would suggest that, if this can somehow be confirmed:
A) Everyone here contact everyone they know with this info.
B) Everyone who can, archive this. (I copy / saved it as a .doc file.
If all the activity the author claims went on in attempted behalf of the bondholders, did, then I would think knowledgeable FReepers could get confirmation??? Surely there are voluminous records of the attempted lawsuits and such?
