A federal District Court judge in Maryland is considering whether he should order President Donald Trump to double the annual inflow of refugees up to 100,000 per year.

If true, this demonstrates what I said on another thread regarding DJT's budget PROPOSAL (which, by the way, was submitted by the law imposed deadline--something Hussein ROUTINELY ignored)...the cuts, even if enacted, would be NULLIFIED (if possible) by a judge.

I can see a judges ruling "We cannot cut the National Endowment for the Arts. This court orders the Congress to fund it."

That is the big problem with "amnesty"...a promise of residency without citizenship or voting rights. Judges are so out of control that NO MATTER what a legislative/political agreement might develop, a judge will unilaterally grant voting rights and welfare rights and citizenship to all illegals who had been forgiven.

Trump had better ignore any judicial order to increase refugee status. Judges are already overstepping their bounds. This would be an invasion into executive power.

Trump is respecting the courts way too much. He also knows that Republicans are itching to impeach

Didn’t a judge in Texas recently rule that the state could not eliminate funding for Planned Parenthood? It’s already happening...

Not only WILL it happen, it HAS happened...

There was a federal judge in Springfield, MO, who didn't feel that the tax payers of KCMO were spending enough on the public school district. So the judge ENACTED A TAX on the people of Kansas City, MO, claiming that he "felt" that the needs of the schools overrode the limitations placed on him by the Constitution.

Of course, it went to the SCOTUS, which promptly overturned it. So he went back to KCMO city council, and ordered them to enact the tax, under penalty of contempt.

I hope he does and I hope the Black Robed Nazgul back down. Otherwise, there is a war coming. One that could rip the Constitution to shreds. Or...is that the end game for the Leftists?
