and others do not care about the Law.
=> ONLY SCOTUS could make this Order (questionable
at best given the CIC role of Pres. Trump).
How could SCOTUS make such an order? The control of Immigration rests with the EXECUTIVE Branch of Government, not the Judicial Branch.
