Lie and lie. It does not "fill gaps" and these skills can be found in the US. Its for short sighted cheap labor, with no benefits given to the visa holder.

Agree completely.

We can restore the import tariffs on goods and bring back manufacturing.

I'm not sure how we stop the offshoring of tech labor and services.

Considering that every dinky college and university in the country generates 30+ IT graduates every year, explain to me why they can't find them? Better yet, why don't you allow qualified, unemployed IT workers to sue a company that is using H1B workers for positions the unemployed IT worker is qualified. That would dry up the H1B program, pretty quickly.
