Slain teen suspects identified after Wagoner County shooting (Homeowner w/AR15 stops 3 thieves)

hree teens are dead after an alleged home invasion attempt reportedly ended in a shooting Monday.

It happened near 91st and 241st East Avenue in the Wagoner County part of Broken Arrow.

According to officials with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office, three masked people broke into the house through the back door with the intent of burglarizing the home.

Officials say the homeowner's young adult son killed all three with an AR-15.

Though they initially believed the son was 19, they now say he was 23-year-old Zach Peters.

The homeowner was also home, but officials say he was not involved. Wagoner County officials later identified the teens as Max Cook, 19, Jake Woodruff, 16, and Jacob Redfearn, 17. They say one suspect had a knife and another had brass knuckles.

Officials say a fourth suspect will likely face charges related to the incident.

The 21-year-old female, a mother of three, who deputies say was the getaway driver, went into police custody.

She was later identified as Elizabeth Marie Rodriguez and arrested on three complaints of first-degree murder and three complaints of first-degree burglary.

I was actually commenting to a friend a few weeks ago about all the crimes we hear about and rhetorically asked, don’t white kids break the law any more?

What is interesting is that, at least to me, the scariest looking one of the bunch is the getaway driver. She’s also the oldest.

This brings up all sorts of speculation.

Anyone who breaks into a home deserves to die. The innocent person has the right to repel invaders with deadly force. I’m glad they’re dead. Too bad they didn’t suffer a few hours before dying.

But YES, white kids commit TONS of narcotics crimes.

I remember when I was that age. It’s amazing what some guys will go for if it is available. No, I wasn’t that desperate, but her looks don’t tell the whole story. She may be a real world sort of “femme fatale”. Only in the movies are they necessarily visibly glamorous.

They are all thugs who deserve to be exterminated. It’s too bad that they met their fate much sooner than all the scum on death row.

All home owners should have an AR15, at the ready when the time comes.

She was about the same age as the shooter, and fingered the home, and had a relationship with the shooter. I wonder if he fathered one of her litter.

Good I’m so tired of people getting away with crime. Had a car stolen in Dallas County, Tx back in October. Come to find out that it was 4-5 teens joy riding in my car for 5 days and lived in the same apartment complex as my daughter. They drove it back to where it was stolen and she saw them and took pictures of them outside the car and when they spotted her taking the pictures they then ran over and assaulted her. The detectives could not place them in the car and finger prints came back inconclusive on the inside but were found on the outside of the car. They found cocaine on the inside of the car and had over $6,800.00 of damage to the car. They had left a lot of evidence in the car and they told us that they could not arrest them since they were unstaffed and did not have enough evidence on them.

But look at who/what the oldest perpetrator was. Not squeaky white stuff in my book.
