No but Congress can pass a law that trumps (sorry couldn’t resist) the state law.
The dems have chosen to support the abortion industry 100% as their way of rewarding the feminazis for their votes and money.
We don’t have a democracy. People go into government work to use their position to reward those who helped them get into office, and to make themselves rich.

According to the prosecutors, they recorded the Planned parenthood conversations without the subjects’ consent.
Unlike most of the 50 states, California requires both parties to a conversation to agree in order for it to be recorded lawfully.
They let the truth out, that can’t be tolerated by the oh so tolerant left.
They exposed corruption and vile practices in the Third World toilet that is California.
I seriously wonder when the drug cartel torture and beheadings are going to begin in Northern CaliMexico.
