America needs to tie the pay of every DHS employee to the safety of American citizens. The DHS employees should be docked at .004% for every American killed by a terrorist attack or by any non-citizen, whether on a valid visa or here illegally.

Between 2008 and 2014, 40% of all murder convictions in Florida were criminal aliens. In New York it was 34% and Arizona 17.8%. During those years, criminal aliens accounted for 38% of all murder convictions in the five states of California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and New York, while illegal aliens constitute only 5.6% of the total population in those states. That 38% represents 7,085 murders out of the total of 18,643.

For just the illegal alien murders in these 5 states where their pay was docked .004% the DHS payroll would lose 28.33% of their salary. That would end the machinations of the deep state let me tell you.

The job of the DHS is to protect American citizens, if they cannot do it then they should suffer with the rest of us.
