White House signals it can live without border wall funds © Getty Images The White House indicated Wednesday that President Trump could go along with a government funding bill that does not include money to begin building his proposed wall at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Senate Republicans are not planning on including the funds in a measure to keep the government funded beyond the end of April.

Trump has nearly a Trillion dollars of Presidential slush funding left over from the Obama continuing resolutions. At least that is my understanding.
Just take it from the State Dept budget and EPA budget. Say the wall is needed to protect our environment and our diplomatic relationships with Mexico. Therefore it’s a State Dept and EPA issue.
