ummmm... maybe the PA Turnpike bureaucrats ought to worry more about FIXING the lousy road surface!!
Hopefully, the tolls are not going into this artwork. The PA Commission for the Arts and public school involvement suggests that tax money will be used instead.
It would be far more helpful for them to use our tolls to make sure the sinks and toilets work.
