Lifetime Judgeships need to be stopped and ALL judges should undergo periodic review, by non-partisan panels (if one could be found).

On Wednesday December 3, 2014 cloture was invoked by a vote of 65-31.[10] He was later confirmed by voice vote that same day. He received his judicial commission on December 10, 2014.[11]
