What’s the complaint? If getting an education is “acting white”, then being incarcerated is exactly what they are aiming for and they are succeeding.
I’ve read the whole book. Ignores completely the missing black dad, also ignores black on black crime, which stems from missing black dad.

I was brave enough to read the whole thing. It reads like a high school book report written by some snobby, intellectual with a thesaurus, trying to impress his equally snobby, intellectual teacher. You probably know the one. The kid that thought he was smarter than he was, that brown-nosed the teacher into an ‘A’.

Simply put to blacks and everyone else ..if you can’t do the time, dom’t commit the crime. People must learn to behave in a civilized manner, hence the phrase “civilized world”. Mutually decided upon penalties, legal and societal, exist for those who cannot or will not live within the boundaries of society. If a race/culture appears to be disproportionally represented by the judicial system, perhaps an analysis of the cultural “norms” and behaviours of that race/culture should be reviewed BEFORE blindly assuming the issue is with society as a whole, rather than a problem indemic to that race/culture.
The story is REALLY how the Democrat created, run and controlled government plantation society (government dependency societies) helped destroy the “black” family, created dependency on the government largess, over independence and work, creating the environment where criminal activity was “better employment” than what the government plantation produced.
