John Lamb said in a video he posted yesterday that the potential witnesses were being intimidated and threatened with prosecutors speaking of an 'ongoing investigation' suggesting more people might be arrested or charged.
The Obama US Attorney for Las Vegas has resigned but the acting US Attorney there now and lead prosecutor in this case is Steven Myhre.

No way. When you've got large numbers of armed law enforcement coordinating an ambush—or whatever you'd like to call it—that's highly relevant to a defendant who seeks to claim self-defense, among other things, as a result of what ensued.
Well, at least no one's being railroaded...
