So I now think that the Trump Russia story has been spun to cover this spying up

Think about it... if the whole Obama Administration with the head of the Intel agencies were involved in this ...before the election.

Then imagine what happens went Trumps win?...With Trump taking power. Sooner or later they are to find out Trump will find out

So really Obama and his people and Dem have to Take out Trump as soon as possible before Trump is on to them

So the reason for the total Panic on the dem part to spin up that Trump Russia story asap...it get Trump before Trumps gets them

Rice nor any of the demorats interests have been in our national security nor it's citizens....it's ALWAYS ALL about advancing the political interests of the Democratic party and their elites--period....both here and on the International stage......and when they're not advancing those interests they're hiding and covering up their trail of deception and corruption.....endlessly !

proving she committed a felony is going to be near impossible to prove- showing that she committed espionage- that’s a very thin line-

The one possible- —possible— line would be that she broke protocol by ‘thinking that someone needed to be unmasked’ and acted outside of proper protocols to allow the unmasking- to unmask someone it must be done in a secure location, and everything recorded- leaving a trail of evidence- IF she didn’t follow this=- then —possibly— she can be held accountable somehow-

Technically she can ‘be concerned’ enough to call for unmasking- it will be hard to prove that there wasn’t cause to ‘be alarmed’- proving motive is going to be very tough- as it’s subjective-

We all know she did this for purely political reason to damage trump- and possibly further the false ‘collusion with russia’ charge- but proving it is going to be very hard- IF there were a specific felony that she committed- then yeah, the evidence would prove that- but there was no actual felony committed- there —might be— a case for espionage-, but again ,that is thin- everyone involved in unmasking can claim they interpreted the info they received as ‘probable cause’ that ‘warranted further investigation’ because

And here is a new twist to this stinking mess of a situation- Malia Zimmerman and Adam Howsley are claiming that they have breaking info from intel officials that it wasn’t Rice- but someone ‘from another agency’ that asked rice to come over to order the unmasking-

The entire fed gubbermint is irreparably corrupt and in a mexican standoff against the incoming Trump administration. The very reason why none of these apparatchiks, like Comey, have been fired or indicted. ‘You take us out, will take you out.’
Couple that with all the leftist states that are totally lawless and in open rebellion against the Trump admin and we have:

Fundamental transformation, people.

The media is working hand in hand with the shadow gov. and agitating for a lawless solution to their “Trump problem”...

from the NR article- they claim there would have been no need for her to order unmasking because it is ‘the intelligence agencies who conduct investigations’

The wrinkle is this- as i pointed out in my last post- there may be new info that it was an intelligence agency that requested it

Also if what NR is claiming is true- why aren’t ANY of the senators bringing these points out? It would seem that this would be a very very important point against her- Surely at least some of the senators would either know this info- or have talked with lawyers who are smart enough to know this stuff inside and out and could advise the senators on this issue?

Comey was right to state that the ‘consumers can request the unmasking’ so this is rice’s get out of jail free card- IF what Mellisa Zimmerman says is true- it seems that an intelligence agency —may have— contacted rice and asked her to request unmasking, and when she did, they obliged by unmasking the names- This would put the ‘blame’ of the unmasking on the intelligence agency, and not her unfortunately-

The NR article is heavy on suspicions, but not much in the way of facts- and considering how hard it is to ever convict democrats of anything- you MUST have cold hard facts in order to get a solid conviction- The NR article states that Farkas said “That’s why you have all the leaking” Yeah? That amounts to just her opinion- not hard fact- unfortunately- and they also assume Rice ‘must have known’ who the people were that were unmasked- because ‘she’s not unintelligent’- Again- this is just an opinion- they can’t prove in a court of law that she must have known and ‘therefore had to reason to unmask’ (and assuming it must then be a case of political payback as a result)

The actual evidence against her is very thin- there are loads of opinions all over the net, on fox on rush etc- but unfortunately it’s going to take a tremendous amount of hard evidence linking her directly to this fiasco in order to get her convicted simply because she is ‘female, black and a democrat’

AND, if they ever do get enough such info- look for her and the left to start playing the ‘racist’ ‘sexist’ victim card
