I have tested atmosphere in controlled atmosphere storage rooms for years with highly accurate analyzers. We would inject Nitrogen into the room to purge the O2 out so the fruit could be stored longer without decaying.
Sorry but pure BS. CO2 absorbs 8% of the radiation that hits the molecule and releases it after sunset. If the whole atmosphere were CO2 we'd probably be frozen to death by morning.
EPA employees, who have reveled in their power and ability to crush private citizens, are one group of federal employees for whom I will have ZERO compassion as they collect their unemployment checks and look for real jobs.
And the sooner the better.
Mankind cannot regulate natural generators of greenhouse gases, such as volcanoes.
Volcano eruptions have been on the increase, in case the EPA has not noticed. Volcanic eruptions were happening long before this Carter-devised monstrosity ever existed.
