“Cuck” at this point basically has the same meaning as “racist”. It means “I don’t like you or what you say”. That’s about it.
Several years ago it had a specific use and meaning. That’s all gone now. Now it’s almost always just a popular attack word used by people who can’t come with something clever to say. It’s the political message board equivalent of screaming “bacon!” in an mmorpg.
It comes from “cuckold” so the original meaning was a very weak person who let other people run all over him in the most degrading manner without putting up any kind of objection or otherwise defending his honor. An insignificant person who has been so humiliated by his own failings as to be totally irrelevant.
