I have said things about my SIL that I would probably not want published and I am sure he has said things about me also.
OTOH I would be more ‘worried’ if ALL were a bunch of yes men that were just trying to curry favor with the boss.
BOs main problem was that in essence he was one dumb SOB and he insisted he be the smartest person in the room.
Education is a good thing, speaking nice and with clarity is a good thing.
BUT if you had a ‘boost’ in your education and when you are speaking from the ‘hip’ and you can’t do two sentences without a er, you know, uh etc etc sort of belies your capabilities
