Why on God’s Green Earth are conservatives requesting these old people for the Supreme Court? A life time position? You are the second person who wants a damn senior citizen on the court?????? We need to stop being dumb and get people under 50 years old. I ALMOST think Gorsuch is too damn old at 49. We want the court for decades not 5 years. Sheesh. I am disgusted.

Ok, time for me to top bitching about the Syria airstrike and say “Thank you, Republicans for the nuclear option.” Now, let’s just hope and pray that Gorsuch doesn’t suddenly go “John Roberts” when the next “Obamacare Case” comes before the Supreme Court.

I believe if you read what I wrote, I put in that qualification. I was merely pointing out two jurists who would do a good job. Are they both too old, absolutely. Are they the kind of people philosophically that we need, damned straight!
When Ginsberg or Stevens dies of natural causes or retires I hope that conservatives will be more classy than liberals at the Huffington post and other liberal websites where they were having a party at a great man’s funeral. They were giddy about Antonin Scalia’s death.

I’d like to see Ginsburg in “cement”, statue or anchor. Either would work for me. There is no difference between a communist lawyer and this “liberal” lawyer. Their parallelism on issues is more than coincidental or accidental.
