If we are lucky, with Gorsuch, there are only three reliable conservative votes with Roberts and Kennedy as swing votes. This is not yet a conservative court.

I’d like to see Ginsburg in “cement”, statue or anchor. Either would work for me. There is no difference between a communist lawyer and this “liberal” lawyer. Their parallelism on issues is more than coincidental or accidental.
