The state of New Mexico has become the seventh state to impose a ban on conversion therapy, the practice of attempting to force LGBTQ people into changing their sexual orientation, with GOP Gov. Susana Martinez signing into law a bill banning its use on minors.
The new "prohibition will apply to licensed physicians, nurses, psychologists and other health practitioners who apply conversion therapy to people under 18," the Associated Press reported. The law also sets up a system of penalties for violations under state licensing boards for those professions.

You can’t have common sense and understand Natural Law Theory because it created the concepts of Free Will and Individual Natural Rights only come from God and NEVER the State.

Latency is when children prefer the same sex and they have to fixate boys in the puerile age so they will never mature and learn to love “the Other”—true diversity. They have to embed the correct emotions and concepts in little boys by warping their Natural instincts and grooming them—very much like the little harem boys in Afghanistan where the boys grow up to hate women and mutilate them and girls and they lust after men, boys and goats. They only use women to humiliate them—rape them and breed babies—they like the young virgin boys. The same as the Spartans, only Spartans didn’t allow real men to be the woman in a relationship—that is why only boys were penetrated and adult homosexuals who raped men were killed.

It’s the same thing as a deliverance ministry. The US constitution and state constitutions have robust support for free exercise of religion.
Supersede the secular form with the obviously better.

They never banned Jesus nor could they ever successfully do so.

This is the governor who was denied hairdressing services because she opposed the homo agenda during their marriage redefinition debate. What has happened to her?
