Convicted wife-killer Drew Peterson reportedly was jumped by another inmate at an Indiana prison -- only about a month after the Illinois ex-cop moved to the new facility for security.
The inmate, who was not identified, attacked Peterson with a food tray on March 29 in a dining area of the maximum-security federal facility in Terre Haute, a source told The Chicago Tribune.
Peterson wasn’t seriously hurt and was separated from the prison's general population afterwards.

Probably has more to do with his being an ex-cop than the murders of his wives.................

I agree.........plus he is a major $sshole. His attitude probably caused this too. I still remember his smug attitude in front of his house everyday with the media.
That’s one dude who needs to be shanked painfully. Wasn’t his last wife pregnant when he killed her? I know he tried to escape the country after he killed her.

Drew should still be shanked. Anybody who kills two wives ought to get stabbed in the neck.
In a prison atmosphere, fights start at the drop of a hat.
He could have looked at the other guy and the other guy may have thought he saw contempt.
He may have sat where a long-timer liked to sit.
They may have had a simmering issue that finally boiled over.
You never know in these situations.
Everyone is unhappy there. Any of them will boil over under the right conditions.
A more despicable man would be hard to find; unless one looked at Terri Schiavo’s hubby.

Actually he should have been convicted of first degree murder and executed in a timely manner, within 6 weeks.
Kind of a sissy thing to want prisoners to do the State’s work for them.
Convicts don’t like cops in prison.

I’m sort of curious about this Drew Peterson. Maybe some of you can answer my questions.
1. If Drew Peterson is a narcissist sociopath like he appears to be, and even if he isn’t, did any of his fellow police officers think something was hinky about him in his police career? Did even one of his fellow officers talk about him or was it the blue wall of silence?
2. Did anyone go back and look at any of his police cases to ascertain if he was doing a proper job?
