I’ve used that, ‘order on-line, pick-up in store’ for a microwave for my Dad. Worked just fine. I’ll use the service again with a discount...You Betcha!
Some stores also offer grocery service. You order on line, or can call in an order, they have it ready to go, you drive up and they load you up and you’re on your way.
A really nice idea for Seniors that can still drive, but not get around all that well.
