The use of guided munitions is to hit a specific target without major collateral damage. If the building was hit by one bomb, there was a reason to hit it. When the bomb struck the target and blew up, how much of an area did the gas cover? I sense that the bomb may have hit a gas facility whether it be for storage or production.
