Hah! My earliest memories as a toddler were in the D.C. area in the early 70s. Viet Nam and Watergate were on the television news every night on all three channels. After a while, it was just Watergate.

You just may be right. I found that exact picture in a Getty Image Free-Use dossier search page, but the attribution seems to indicate it is a licensed product.
The attribution that goes with the file says that this person is a prosecutor and that her name is Mary McCord.
