Well I’m trying to get engaged in that sphere from a number of angles, some of which came knocking on my door rather than me knocking on their door.
I penned a “Let’s Make America Great Again” song for a request that came on Christmas eve from ASCAP to my buddy. And I’m not even ASCAP affiliated (I am BMI affiliated, a historical happenstance). But he didn’t write something, so I did, and my buddy has 1/2 ownership in the music, so ASCAP does have some interest. It’s supposedly going to be presented to the Trump Foundation. But it’s spiritual, not political. I’d post it, but my buddy was asked by ASCAP to keep it under wraps for now. No great feat of virtuosity, nothing to win an Emmy. Just a heartfelt song with an ABABCDCD rhyme scheme for the verses and AAAAA for the chorus. At some point someone will unveil it.
We can’t expect to Christianize America again unless we see a miracle on top of a miracle. However, we may be privileged by God to see a blaze of faith unlike anything remotely recent. And that may reach more souls with salvation than a Christianized America would reach, which in the end is the thing that would count the most. America as a secular institution can be rotten, and yet Christian faith could be more beautiful than ever in it.
I kind of laugh at their attempts to tag “real” vs. “fake” news.
They have about as much ultimate control here as Twitter does on Donald Trump.
They may slap down a contributor or two on the edges, but the main roar of the rebellion against Satan will continue unabated.
I thought he was suspended from Facebook, not YouTube?

Dang, everyone of those people are worth millions or billions but you know what, I’m so glad I’m not a single one of them.
They even look alike. Cookie cutter nerds who are getting back at the world by getting rich. Cool more power to them for making good money but they have no right to dictate morality; particularly when most of them are leftist and probably even radicalized. No coming back from that.
As a non church going Christian I agree with the comments about taking God out of our lives. The leftists have been working on that every thing since the early part of the last century and possibly much much longer. In the past they may have been called Pagans or Witches or Heathens or any number of other anti-Christian type group. Even though I don’t go to church; God is and always has been a big part of my life and what has formed many opinions and fine tuned my ability to recognize what is right and what is wrong.
I’m in no way perfect but I do respect those who strive for perfection in all they do while knowing they can never achieve it. It’s still the best way to come as close as humanly possible.

Yeah; FB has such a limited use for someone who isn’t into all that nonsense going on there. I cancelled my account years ago but last year I opened another for a specific reason but do not allow any friends. It seems like one must have an account to do a lot of stuff online which bothers me too.
The KLINTOONS attacked Microsoft and extorted them over effin Internet Explorer because Bill Gates wasn’t paying them off.
Facebook needs to PAY or be neutralized.

You’re right, none of them can be “blamed” for being Christian in any fundamental sense.
Well their day will come and go. Once the outrageousness gets bad enough, ever resourceful America will route around the problem.
I’d like to see YouTube sued for millions for doing this. This is what happens when leftists own companies.
Another argument for those who say we need two America’s; one for the leftists, let them all live in WA and IL, the other for us and we get everything else just because. :-D Oh okay; they can have SF and LA too but that’s it!

It sounds like this You Tube person who puts links to his videos up on Facebook, made the comment about the soap commercial’s morals.
I guess it wasn’t enough just to delete the fellow’s comment, huh. This is what happens when rigid lefties are confronted. They can’t deal with it quietly. They gotta kill.

I have never felt any sense of loss whatsoever as soon as it became obvious that Facebook was becoming the refuge of neurotics and millions of "centers of the universe" with median IQ of around room temperature, + or - 5.
I go on there and talk about Christian things with contacts I know. I try to stay out of most outrages, unless it has to do with something theological. If I saw a commercial like that Dove commercial, I’d probably commiserate about the baby’s likely future.
Well the leftist Google owns YouTube. Gates, another leftist, owns Microsoft. Apple is leftist owned and operated. Facebook is own and operated by an extreme, I’ll say radicalized, leftist. I don’t trust Google or FB, am guarded about YouTube, and find Microsoft a somewhat necessary evil but that will soon be changing in my home to some extent. Linux Ubuntu will rise again as a dual boot OS with Win7 soonish.
These huge companies owned by moderate to far leftists is no good but it is what it is and you can bet the heads of these companies are chummy unless one is trying to take over another one like in what they call a “hostile takeover”.
They probably take vacations somewhat together and generally stay in close contact. They are after all each other peers so it would be quite natural for them to do so.
I don’t really have a point in this post; more of an observation.
