“It has come to our attention that when offering voter registration opportunities to customers, DMV’s employees offer voter registration materials to DMV customers whom they know to be non-citizens based upon their presentation of a Green Card for identification purposes,” Cegavske wrote.

Fake news. There is no voter fraud.
Any alien, legal or illegal, caught registering to vote in the US should be subject to immediate deportation and a 10 year ban on reentry into the US. After they serve any prison time for voter fraud. And that’s exactly what it is...voter fraud.
I know, right? “Government” does this all the time, hiding behind titles and functions when at the end of the day it is PEOPLE that are making these decisions and carrying out these order.
Hopefully they know which ones voted and can create a list to help ICE in prioritizing deportations. Hopefully vote fraud is enough to deport a green card holder pretty quickly.
I’d guess ICE can work on both M-13 gang members and illegal voters at the same time. I’d say illegals voting is a bigger threat to the country - though the MAMA (Make America Mexico Again) crowd may disagree.
If nothing else, a list publicly delivered to ICE will make illegals think twice before committing vote fraud in the future.

Since an election cycle just ended it would be a great time for all states to purge their voter rolls and require everyone to re-register and show proof of citizenship and proof of life. And it would be a great opportunity to institute security measures to ensure the integrity of future elections, whether by requiring a thumb print or whatever.
I know, pipe dream. Never happen. But if it was brought up by one of the political parties... say, the Republicans, it would firmly cast the opposition as the party of fraud and deceit and supporters of criminality. The point cannot be driven home often enough. Democrats believe in stealing elections by whatever means necessary.
Of course the Republican leadership will not investigate this.
