Drive a car

Driving my V-8 Corvette and starting the day with a hot shower, running my gas grill to cook red meat in the evening, putting more refrigerant in my old minivan air conditioning, setting my air conditioning at 75, and spraying bugs in my garden with insecticide. This is how I'm celebrating earth day

“Driving my V-8 Corvette”

Mind if I ask what year? I’m already green with envy...

The first Earth Day, celebrated in 1970, happened to fall on Lenin’s 100th birthday. Coincidence?

Lenin’s birthday. Oh what a glorious Communist revolution they still dream of.

It’s on Lenin’s birthday this year as well.

Corporations celebrated the Communist holiday International Women’s Day and more agitprop rallies are planned on May Day (another traditional Communist holiday).

Never hear about Communists in America on the national news (even when the protest banners are flagged and funded by Communist groups including CPUSA) but I sure hear a lot about “neonazis” and “fascists”.

Personally, I’m planning on burning a large brushpile, and mowing the lawn in the old 48 Cub. Grilling will probably figure in too

Hillary voters: worried about 1-3 degree temp increase over the next few hundred years, not worried about a few million degree increase in a few hundreths of a second.....

I just may spin up my 65 Willys jeep and 79 K5 blazer.

That is after a good burger and fries.

Going to have to go for rides in the Excursion and the Unimogs. The Focus stays home.

Let’s not forget THIS about the Earth Day founder! His name is now swept under the rug on Earth Day.

My Erph Day:

1. Visit outhouse followed by judicious spraying of aerosol-can deoderant and air-fresheners.
2. Burn my garbage, some leaves and some old hoodies.
3. Using charCOAL And propane, grill up some endangered species kabobs.

But since the area flooded, briefly, Gore spins that as confirmation of his exaggerations.

Of course, every time it rains New York City is, technically, "under water." (Or when there is cloud cover. Or non-zero humidity...)

"3. Using charCOAL And propane, grill up some endangered species kabobs."

Ya' know, Conservatives should turn "erph day" into "Nationwide Endangered Species Grilling Day at the Motor Speedway Day."

It might not last long, but watching the conniption fits and heads popping of leftists all across the land would be worth it all.

I hope to have a quiet weekend to work on my old bucket collection.

That and playing with a camera are about the only things left I actually enjoy. No people, no phone calls, and being not bothered is a bonus.

I’ll figure out the problems with the 750K sometime.

I’d like to yank the CJ7’s beat up dash panel, seats, and homemade console at a minimum. Getting the Blazer’s hood and fenders pulled would be great. It’s been sitting for a long time before I got it and it sat a lot while I had it. That’s going to change.

It has some problems from sitting a lot. I’ve swapped in a starter and alternator. Next on the list are fuel pump/carb and cooling system. Parts are murder on the wallet and being left alone long enough are the challenges.

During my wrench turning, I roll video on some of aspects. Some things I send up for stock and make a few bucks on. The rest youtube fodder.

The latest with K5 and me.
