Nope, that was Adolph musing about a country whose latent power he could not imagine just after we'd entered the war and before North Africa, Sicily, and Stalingrad. The Japanese, except for Adm. Yamamoto who knew what he would face after Pearl Harbor, thought we were soft based on Busby Berkley and Hollywood. Dictators often mistake freedom and indiscipline for weakness.
