How many whites live in Venezuela? That's pretty much a non-sequitur. Venezuela was once the most prosperous country in South America. They got huge oil reserves, fertile soil that rivals the CA Central Valley, year-round tropical climate with no natural disasters. Marxisms comes in all colors. Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot weren't Africans you know.
